The Copp family have been in the Pebbledashing trade for over half a century. Brothers Eddie and Stan Copp began their trade in 1945, having served during the Second World War as Bevin Boys.
In those early years Pebbledashing was seen as the new, practical, decorative way to protect and enhance the exterior of a property at an affordable cost. Even today not much has changed.
Eddie’s son, John Copp, began his trade at the age of 16, Initially with his father. After a short time John Copp took over the company and worked tirelessly Pebbledashing around the East London and Essex area for 40 years until ill health forced his retirement.
Fortunately the third generation was still both enthusiastic and hard working (enter the present John). After also working with his father since the age of 16, John was more than qualified to carry on the Family Business. John Copp II was keen to continue the family reputation of excellent craftsmanship, reliability, and the highest standards of service.
John Copp Pebbledashing prides itself on always being polite, punctual and available to any customer’s enquiries. This is a truly family run business and we are pleased to have had hundreds if not thousands of satisfied customers over many years and only strive for this to continue.
